Formerly, Paul has seen success as a Financial Advisor, Field Director, and Managing Director at Northwestern Mutual (a Fortune 100 company and 5th largest independent broker dealer in the nation). As Managing Director, he led his team seven times to win the hardest award Northwestern Mutual offers—the Achievement Award (similar to the decathlon in track and field). Now in his role as Managing Partner, Paul has assembled a new team that has grown the organization by 80% more than targeted by the company. 

Paul grew up in Northern Idaho.
